For calculating this interesting index, we are going to use the most powerful instant-knowledge machine: Google.- to make Googlosaries. All that we have made during years has been to make more and more spontaneous Googlossaries, chanelising, in this easy way, the destiny of future serching processes, for us ourselves, more close gropu or people participating adding info to gayguebygueb.

"PÚBIKO" refers to our desires to diffund that these two terms: "pubic" and "public" are etimologicaly sisters. And this is very good for our surviving matriztic features.
"PANETARIO" refers to PAN, or Bread, as a more direct and powerful meme for life, survival, or "Earth", after several "dishonest decennials" in scientific terms, where Gaya or Earth seem "ALERGIC MEMES".

PPP intend an invitation to participate openly by internet, as it is the case for political elections.

For example, in Spain. Imagine (we have enough scientific reasons for) that we ask for a propmpt "elections circus" if the judicial papers of so many people that is living their lifes in the meantime that the very slow burocratix machine reach to an heroic (in 21 century ¿fox or century?) rescue of all these tonnes of procesos judiciales.

Si en tres meses por ejemplo, ese atasco judicial no se ha resuelto, pues que se adelanten las elecciones, ya que sin democracia no hay justicia y sin justicia no hay democracia...
